No offer on the website
Product descriptions, photographs, figures and data sheets describe our range; they are not an offer to sell. Prices are given only in a written quotation. What this website says about minimum orders, delivery times and payment is general information: the quotation sets them for your order, and every sale is governed by the quotation and the terms agreed with it — not by these terms.
Technical data, certificates and packaging details are confirmed in writing with the quotation. Products change; the specification in your quotation applies.
Partner accounts

- An account is for one person. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
- We may suspend or close an account that is misused — for example with false details, attempts to get into other accounts or into the website, or automated requests.
- You can delete your account at any time on your account page. It is deleted 30 days later unless you sign in again before then; our Privacy Policy says what is deleted.
