Who we are
Run from Yiwu, sold everywhere.
Based in Yiwu, Zhejiang — the heart of China's export trade — we combine in-house product development with a distribution network that reaches more than 100 countries. We sell business-to-business through our headquarters showroom, an outbound sales team, and a network of regional agents.
Every line is specified, tooled and quality-controlled to our own standard, and every order is picked, inspected and packed here before it is sealed. That is the whole argument for buying from us rather than through a trading company: there is no one between you and the bench the product was built on.

Where we are from
A European brand, made in China.
German roots, and nothing vague about the rest of it. The business experience behind Lexical traces back to 1994 in Europe, in Germany; the appliances are made in China; and quality control is run to the German standard, the EN 60335 series. All three belong in one sentence, and this is it.
Why we say it in that order
Because origin is the one thing on this site a buyer cannot check for himself in five minutes, and everything else here is built to be checked — the carton spec, the CBM, the gross weight, the voltage and the plug for every market we quote, all published before anyone asks for them.
So we say it first instead of last. Nothing is manufactured there, and we do not imply otherwise: the goods are made in China, it says so here, it says so in the footer of every page, and the certificate of origin that travels with your shipment says so to your customs office. A European brand manufacturing in China is an ordinary thing. A supplier who is vague about which part is which is not.
The name
Why we are called Lexical.
lexical adjective
Relating to the words, the vocabulary, of a language; from the Greek lexis, “word”. A lexicon is a dictionary.
A range should work the way a dictionary does: complete, ordered and exact. That is what the name holds us to — the appliances a household runs on, each line with its own entry, specified, documented and checkable, so a distributor finds what their market needs and knows exactly what they are buying.

How we work
Four things we do ourselves.
Each of them is a place where an order usually goes wrong, and each is a reason partners reorder.
01 Specification and tooling in house
The specification and the tooling behind it are set here, which is why the specification you are quoted is the specification that arrives.
02 One system of record
The catalogue on this site is read live from our inventory system, so what is listed here is what is published today. The range behind it is wider, and the export desk holds the rest.
03 An export desk behind the form
Quotations, documents and lead times come from people who can see the line running, and who answer as soon as possible, typically within a week.
04 Agents who know your market
Regional representatives support buyers locally, in local hours, rather than routing every question back to a factory inbox.
Exclusive agents
We are always looking for the right partner.
An exclusive agency works like a franchise: one partner holds the whole territory, and Lexical equips them to present the brand there.
What an exclusive agency is
A territory handed to one company to build. We give it to partners who will build it, and there are two things we look at before anything else.
What partners receive
Everything here comes with the agency, once you are our partner.
- Enquiries from your territoryAnyone from your territory who comes to Lexical is referred to you, as Lexical’s agent there.
- Display standsStands to show the range in your stores.
- Branded marketing materialsT-shirts, notebooks and catalogues with the Lexical branding, so every customer who walks in feels the brand.
- Product videos and photographsVideos and pictures of our products, for you to use.
- Online presenceSupport for your online presence as Lexical’s partner.
- Exhibitions in your regionYou can represent Lexical at future exhibitions in your own region.
What we look for
The brand arrives intact — and stays supported.
What we back, and what is yours
How Lexical is presented in your market is the part we cannot do from here: the shelf, the box, the claim on the listing. And an appliance sold is an appliance somebody may need help with, so an agent has to be able to stand behind it after the sale. We back that with spare parts and with the technical answer whenever it is needed — but the person your customer reaches has to be you.
Every major city in the territory, reached.
What counts as reached
An exclusive territory is only worth having if it is actually covered. We are looking for a partner whose distribution reaches the major cities of the country or region they are asking for — directly, or through a network they already have.
What about volumes and terms?
They come after these two. Once the brand and the reach fit, volumes, terms and which lines you take first are worked out together — not a bar to clear before we will talk.
Tell us the territory and how you reach it. You can attach a company profile, shelf photographs or a catalogue with the enquiry — it is quicker than describing them.
Twice a year
We are at the Canton Fair.
Why the fair is the short way to meet us
Both sessions, every year, in Guangzhou. It is the easiest way to meet us: the range on a table, the carton in your hands, and the whole conversation about terms and territory in one afternoon rather than across a month of email.
Tell the export desk you are coming and we will send the booth number for the session and put time aside for you.
